NISV Magnetic Field Simulations for Overhead Lines with EDISON – Low Frequency
New for overhead line projects: EDISON – Low Frequency expands magnetic field simulation with DXF line layouts, importable ground profiles, and calculation of the 1 µT corridor in 2D and 3D.
With EDISON – Low Frequency, you can simulate magnetic fields from overhead lines quickly, precisely, and efficiently. The new functionality enables the import of DXF files with line layouts as well as the integration of ground profiles. Calculations can be carried out directly relative to the terrain height – also in parallel at any number of heights.
For NISV evidence and planning tasks, EDISON reliably calculates the 1 µT corridor in 2D and 3D. This allows overhead line projects to be represented realistically, variants to be checked efficiently, and meaningful results for planning, approval, and documentation to be created.
EDISON – Low Frequency: modern magnetic field simulation for transformer stations, substations, and now also for demanding overhead line projects.
